Using workcmd

Which apps does workcmd support?

workcmd runs in Gmail, Slack, Outlook, Google Docs, and GitHub. Paid users can also add supported custom HTTPS sites from the Sites tab according to their plan limits.

A feature is not appearing in my app. What should I do?

Reload the page, confirm the extension is enabled for that app in the Sites tab, and check whether the feature is supported on the current app. Gmail and Outlook include the full mail toolset; other apps focus on snippets, notes, folders, reminders, backup, sites, preferences, and shortcuts.

What can I create with workcmd?

You can create template snippets, private notes, reminders, folders, colour rules, watch words, sound alerts, local vault entries, custom site settings, and quick commands depending on the app you are using.

🔒

Privacy & Security

How does workcmd handle my work data?

User-created workspace data such as notes, snippets, reminders, folders, vault metadata, custom assets, preferences, and backups stays in your browser. workcmd uses account and billing information only for sign-in, subscription status, checkout, purchase restore, and app configuration.

How do I revoke workcmd’s Google sign-in access?

Open your Google Account security settings, go to third-party app access, choose workcmd, and remove access. You can also sign out from the extension or uninstall it from your browser extension manager.

🔑

Account & Login Issues

I can’t sign into workcmd. What should I do?

Confirm you are using the correct Google account, allow the Chrome identity sign-in prompt, reload the current app, and try again. If the issue continues, contact support with your browser version and the app where you are signing in.

Does workcmd support multiple accounts?

workcmd uses the Google account you choose during extension sign-in for subscription status. For the cleanest setup, keep work and personal accounts in separate browser profiles.
