User-created workspace data stays in your browser. We use Google sign-in for account access, Firebase for access status, and LemonSqueezy for checkout.

1. Data we collect

workcmd collects your Google account email, display name, profile photo, Google user ID, subscription and free-plan status, checkout events, purchase restore data, support messages, and basic app configuration needed to run the extension.

2. Email content

The extension runs in your browser and uses page content only to power the features you choose. User-created workspace data, including notes, snippets, reminders, folders, vault metadata, copied text history, custom assets, preferences, and backups, stays in browser storage and is not uploaded to workcmd servers.

3. Third parties

We use Google sign-in for account identity, Firebase/Firestore for authentication and access status, LemonSqueezy for checkout and subscription management, and Telegram for delivery of support/contact messages. We do not sell personal data or use advertising networks.

4. Your rights

You can delete browser-local workspace data by clearing extension storage or uninstalling workcmd. For account or billing-related records, email support@workcmd.com and we will handle access or deletion requests subject to legal and transaction-record requirements.

1. Acceptable use

You may use workcmd for personal and commercial productivity purposes. You may not use the extension to send spam, automate abuse, scrape contact information, or violate the terms of Gmail, Slack, Outlook, Google Docs, GitHub, or any custom site you enable. One licence is per individual user - you may not share accounts.

2. Subscription & billing

Paid Plus and Pro checkout and subscription handling are provided through LemonSqueezy and linked to your signed-in Google account. Current monthly and yearly prices are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

3. Intellectual property

workcmd and all associated code, designs, and branding are the intellectual property of workcmd. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works without written permission.

4. Disclaimer & liability

The extension is provided "as is". We are not affiliated with Google, Gmail, Slack, Microsoft Outlook, Google Docs, GitHub, or Chrome. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages beyond the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We work hard to ensure reliability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protection laws.
